VIDEO: Politicians Promising One Term Need Psychiatric Evaluation – Soludo
Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo, has stated that any politician who promises to serve only one term in office should undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
Speaking at the Anambra South endorsement rally held in support of his re-election bid, Soludo dismissed the idea as unrealistic and unfounded. He challenged proponents of the one-term promise to cite any instance where it had been genuinely fulfilled.
He further emphasized that the Nigerian Constitution permits elected officials to serve two terms, not just one.
