A new video of actress Regina Daniels flaunting her cooking skills as she cooks “Efo Riro” at a restaurant in the UK has elicited several reactions online.

This is coming amid her marital crisis with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, who accused her of being a drug addict.

However, Regina Daniels, a mother of two, while in the United Kingdom, decided to cook Efo Riro and, by extension, paid a visit to Enish Restaurant.

Dressed like a chef, Regina Daniels was seen showing people the ingredients she would be using to make Efo Riro.

She mentioned Palm oil, onions, Iru (Locust beans), blended pepper, Maggi seasoning, blended hot pepper, crayfish, and rational pot among others.

She was later pouring the vegetables along with other nutrients mentioned earlier into the rational pot, she did the stirring back to back till the Efo Riro was readily available for consumption.

After preparing the Efo Riro, she was seen enjoying it with rice, plantain, fish, and more. She later smiled happily as she and others present devoured the meal together.

Sharing the video on her Instagram page today, December 11th, 2025, Regina Daniels wrote
