Ogunsua Cancels Trade Associations In Modakeke Markets
The Ogunsua of Modakeke, Oba Joseph Toriola has ordered the cancellation of various trade associations in Modakeke markets.
Oba Toriola gave the order in his palace at Modakeke in Osun State.
The traditional ruler, who said individual trader is free to determine the sales price of his or her goods without pressure from any trade association enjoined traders to cooperate with community leaders in curbing inflation.
Oba Toriola also cancelled selling a plate of pepper at #500 in the town and ordered traders to sell pepper at the rate of ,#100 and #200.
The monarch warned that any traders that fails to follow his commandment will face the law.
