Lagos Pastor Paul Adefarasin Reports to Police Over Viral Video Incident

Lagos-based pastor, Paul Adefarasin, on June 17, voluntarily presented himself to the Lagos State Police Command in connection with a viral video showing him allegedly brandishing a gun-like object at a man filming him while he was driving an unregistered vehicle.

Confirming the development, the command’s spokesperson, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, told journalists that the cleric is currently undergoing interrogation by detectives.

Hundeyin assured that the outcome of the investigation will be made public once concluded.

Pastor Adefarasin has denied owning or handling a firearm, maintaining his innocence regarding the incident.
