Omisakin, wey be number 8 for di list of ex-convicts wey dem pardon, go back to crime on January 3, 2025. Dem talk say e break enter one house for Iludun Area, Osogbo, come thief plasma TV wey worth N600,000.

COUNT I: “Say you, Adebayo Omisakin Sunday, on January 3, 2025, around 12:00 pm for Al-medinat Area, Iludun, inside Osogbo Magisterial District, break enter di house of one Shittu Damilare and thief one Plasma TV wey dey worth Six Hundred Thousand Naira (N600,000).”

COUNT II: “Say you, Adebayo Omisakin Sunday, for di same day, time, and place, thief one Plasma TV wey worth Six Hundred Thousand Naira (N600,000), property of Shittu Damilare.”

Di court talk say wetin e do go against Section 411 (1) (2) of di Criminal Code Cap 34 Vol. II and Section 383, punishable under 390 (9) of Criminal Code Cap 34 Vol. II laws of Osun State of Nigeria, 2002.
