The Supreme Court has dismissed the lawsuit seeking the removal of President Bola Tinubu from office.
The suit filed by the presidential candidate of the Hope Democratic Party, Ambrose Aworu, sought Tinubuโs removal on the basis of Central Intelligence Agency and drug allegations.
The court on Monday held that the suit was frivolous and that Owuru be fined the sum of N5 million.
