NYSC boss to Katsina gov: we stay under sun and rain during orientation activities in camp

The Katsina State NYSC coordinator, Alhaji Ibrahim Saidu, has appealed to Governor Dikko Umar Radda to provide tents, chairs, and mattresses to protect corps members from the harsh sun and rain during lectures at the orientation camp.

Saidu made the plea on Wednesday in Katsina, during the swearing-in ceremony of 1,292 corps members deployed to the state for the 2024 Batch C Stream 2 orientation course at the Permanent Orientation Camp, MD Yusuf Complex, Mani Road, Katsina.

He explained that the large number of corps members necessitated the appeal for better facilities.

We appeal to the governor to assist the NYSC with large tents, plastic chairs, and mattresses to alleviate the challenges corps members face during the orientation camp,” Saidu said.
